Filippo Tenisci
Born in 1998, Filippo Tenisci recently edited the complete recording of Wagner/Liszt transcriptions for the well-known Da Vinci Publishing label. He also recorded Beethoven's 2nd Symphony in Franz Liszt's transcendental transcription for RAI 5 on the TV Format “UT Musica - Il Mascagni a Livorno.” An active pianist in Italy and throughout Europe, he recently made his debut at the Museo Teatrale della Scala in Milan in 2024 and at the Teatro Verdi in Pisa. In addition, on the occasion of the Italian Republic Day2023, at the invitation of the Consul General, he made his debut at the City Hall in Hong Kong, gaining success and approval from the entire audience. He also perfomed in England, Spain, Germany, Rumania, Bosnia, France etc. Winner of prestigious competitions such as “Premio Crescendo” in Florence, “Dinu Lipatti” and “Franz Liszt” Prize in Rome in 2018, “Riga” Competition in Latvia in 2019 etc. He attended Masterclasses with Beatrice Rana, Ėliso Virsaladze, Boris Petrushansky, Maurizio Baglini etc. In 2021, he made his debut with Roma Tre Orchestra under the direction of M° Sieva Borzak. He graduated in 2022 from the “Pietro Mascagni” Conservatory of Livorno and was later elected as Best Academic Graduate 2021/22.
