Bryan Ojeda-Chevres
Born in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, Bryan Ojeda Chevres has graced prestigious stages worldwide, including Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Mozarteum in Salzburg, and the MET Museum's Temple of Dendur in New York. He earned his undergraduate degree in Piano Performance from the Conservatorio de Música de Puerto Rico before pursuing a master’s degree at NYU Steinhardt under Jose Ramos Santana. Bryan has been a featured soloist with esteemed orchestras such as the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra, Puerto Rico Symphonic Youth Orchestra, and NYU Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of conductors like Eduardo Leandro and Maximiano Valdés. He has been showcased in renowned festivals like Festival Casals and Art of the Piano 2016,Todi International Music Masters among others. Currently based in New York, Bryan serves on the piano faculty at Third Street Music School and is a co-founder of the Young Artist Concert Orchestra of Puerto Rico. Highlights of his career include: Rachmaninov's Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini with the NYU Orchestra 2023, two concerto performances in the same concert with the Young Artists Concert Orchestra of Puerto Rico, featuring Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No.1 and the world premiere of "Fantasias de un Concierto" by Emmanuel Segarra in 2024.
